JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide technical expertise and solutions consulting for Hollyway’s drone products and control software systems to overseas clients
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, design tailored technical proposals, and deliver compelling product demonstrations
Conduct feasibility studies, site surveys, and risk assessments for overseas projects, ensuring alignment with technical and operational standards
Support bid processes by drafting technical documents, and addressing client inquiries
Act as a bridge between clients, R&D, and project teams to translate technical feedback into product improvements or custom solutions
Deliver training to clients and partners on product installation, operation, and maintenance
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or related fields)
Singaporean, American, or European nationality is preferred
3+ years of pre-sales or technical support experience in UAV, robotics, smart city solutions, or equivalent industries
Proficiency in English (fluent in written/verbal communication); Arabic language skills are a plus
Strong technical acumen in UAV systems, IoT, or communications technologies
Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to present complex technical concepts clearly, and experience with cross-cultural collaboration
Willingness to travel internationally (up to 30% of the time)
